TCG USA began operating in the United States in 2017 with residential redevelopment opportunities in American prime markets, seeking to expand the scope of business through strategic partnerships. Since then, TCG USA has built out a diverse portfolio with experienced in-market partners.
We provide vertically integrated services from due diligence and acquisition to distribution and disposition for clients with a focus on foreign real estate investment. Our relationship with Japan allows us to uniquely leverage the capital partnership to make real estate opportunities available to our partners.
